Labor Day Road Trip

Over Labor Day weekend, we took our first road trip with Meredith to Columbus. We left at 5 am on Thursday and were there by noon. It was the perfect time to leave, and we will definitely be doing the early departure again.

We spent a lot of time with Hus' mom and dad, and family. On Sunday, Erica's daughter Annabeth was baptized. Here is Hus afterward with his Uncle Bob, Abby's husband Buddy, and cousin Chad.

Meredith with Hus' cousin Abby, who will have a new baby of her own in a few weeks! This was pre-blowout where we had to completely strip her down and borrow some clothes from Annabeth. Thanks for the cleanup Abby!

And I am impressed with myself that I got ONE picture of these three all smiling ... Adam with Connor (Abby's son) and Georgia, (Chad and Colleen's daughter.) It was so much fun to see them enjoying each other.
We had a busy but great visit to Columbus ... the first of many :)
